I hope you are having a great day! Today I’m writing a new post called “Big Sister’s birthday”! As you guessed, today is the birthday of my sister and she is 24 years old!!! We celebrated it with my family this weekend, since we were all together. The times when I’m with my parents, my sister and my brother are becoming pretty rare, since they are all in different parts of France for their studies and works.
I’ve always been really close to my sister even though she has 6 years more than me. We are at the same level, and I think that we have a lot of similarities especially in our way to think. We know we’ll always be here for eachother. I can’t believe we have grown so much. I’m starting to realize that, life goes by so damn fast, and I don’t have enough time to enjoy the best moments of life. When they’re gone it feels like they haven’t started yet.
Next time I’ll see my sister, it’ll be in february, but we are pretty used to it since she lives in Paris and, it’s pretty far from my house. Also I was in the Unites States for a year so we didn’t see eachother for a long time.
It was really nice to be with the entire family for a weekend. Sometimes it just makes me happy to stay with my family instead of staying all the time with my friends. Family is really important, I wouldn’t be who I am without them.
For the food, my mom, my sister and me (not really but oh well) cooked only vegan food since my sister is vegan. Meat is the only thing I don’t eat, but I love vegan food and I think everybody should try it one day. Everybody should try to stop eating meat and fish for a day, or even a week. My sister taught me, this weekend, that a burger with meat is equal to the amount of water a human use for two months of shower, I think it’s crazy, do you? I hope a little bit. In France, people are not really open-minded about being vegan or vegetarian. For example, when I tell some people I don’t eat meat, they have a weird reaction, and ask me why. Why can’t people just accepts other’s people decisions without being mean or judgemental ? I really hope that one day people will be more open-minded.
ANYWAY, Vegan food is delicious!!!
I wish the best birthday to the best sister on earth.
Hope you enjoyed my post and my photos, don’t forget to write a comment and to give me feedbacks!!
